The AnchorStrong 42 day challenge is a summer program that will run in January, 2018. It’s a program designed to add a bit of friendly competition on the journey to improved health, fitness, and weight loss.

Not only will you receive a complete fitness assessment at the beginning and end of the program, you will receive two PT sessions each week, access to all Anchor Training fitness classes, plus much more!
