42 Day Challenge – commencing March, 2017!

The AnchorStrong 42 day challenge is an autumn time program that will run in March, 2017. It’s a program designed to add a bit of friendly competition on the journey to improved health, fitness, and weight loss.

Not only will you receive a complete fitness assessment at the beginning and end of the program, you will receive two PT sessions each week, access to all Anchor Training fitness and yoga classes, plus much more!
